Unless noted otherwise by the coaches the following is the standard practice schedule for the 2008 season.
"A" Team (Varsity and some invited JV players) M, T, Th, F
-- 5:30 a.m to 7:00 a.m Monday through Friday -- 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays --
6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
"B" Team (JV, Frosh-Soph and Novice) Monday through Friday -- 3:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays -- TBA
