All Boys and Girls water polo players participating in summer school or other off-season events must be familiar with the following:

ALL WATER POLO PLAYERS must be registered for MCHS Summer School through the Manhattan Beach Athletic Foundation -- NO EXCEPTIONS!  If you have not registered, please go to www.mbathleticfoundation.org (or click this link) and follow the instructions to registar for water polo.  Because of insurance and liability issues, the MBAF states that no person will be allowed in the pool unless he or she has registared for the summer programe.

ALL WATER POLO PLAYERS participating in the Costa Club summer program must be an active member of USA Water Polo.  If you need to register or check the status of membership, please go to www.usawaterpolo.org and click on "Join USA Water Polo" and follow the instructions.  The club number for Costa Club Water Polo is 793.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST - Costa Club is requesting a donation of $250 from each RETURNING athlete playing summer water polo OR $150 from each freshman.  MBAF only pays for one coach for the pool/class time.  It does not pay for tournaments or Assitant Coaches.  The additional $250 donation is necessary to pay these extra costs as well as the cost for coaching and participating in evening games, scrimmages and tournaments (including referee fees).
